I just got some "Screaming Quietly" books sent to me by Saddleback Publishing who is putting it out. They look awesome and I am truly honored to have this be the first young adult fiction book I have written about Austim.

Alright... I am currently working on a bunch of promotional/social media things for all of my books. In addition to this, another book I am writing for Saddleback Publishing is almost done.
Lastly, I am about to start work on another book to be released from Ronni's Books titled "Attack of the Drones."

Hello!
My name is Evan Jacobs and welcome to the main blogger page for Ronni's Books. What has started as a way of me trying to satisfy my urge to to write young adult fiction novels has now become something a lot more important.
Basically, in the summer of 2012 I was lucky enough to score a book writing assignment. It was like a dream come true. Something I had wanted to happen since I started writing in the second grade.
However, my elation was met with anxiety became I didn't know if I could meet my deadlines.
And then I did.
With surprising ease… and I realized that writing is my gift. That isn't to say that I am a great writer, it just means that you put me in front of a blank page and I can fill it. In fact, I think I can fill many of them. For a long time I think I had wanted to be a prolific book writer but I let myself get in the way.
Which is why I plan to update this site as much as possible. I am also going to start a Facebook and a Twitter page for it.
And... I'm going to write a lot more books. Quickly.

The current plan for Ronni's Books is for me to write and release four titles a year. Eventually that number will increase to eight and then maybe even twelve. As of right now the plan is for these to be a mix of traditional paperback books as well as eBooks.

Lastly, this site is named after and dedicated to my late mother Ronni Jacobs. She loved books and movies with a passion that thankfully made it's way to me.

This initial posting was created just to get the site up and running. It will be more informative with the next post.
The current plan is for my imprint, Ronni's Books, to release 4-8 books a year. All of them will be written by me. Eventually, if possible, Ronni's Books might even release titles by other authors.
