Shooting a new project this weekend and next... and then it's editing, editing and more editing get 3 movies DONE.

The first title in the new project with Saddleback Publishing has been turned in and now it's being rewritten!

 

The UPDATE rewrite is slowly moving along again. Sadly, I had to work on other things but I plan to get back to it soon. Once again, looking for a way for the script to transcend itself. To that end I am adding more to the script to bulk it up . My hope is that it will be ready to be shown around by mid-fall. Currently reading this to help bump it up.

 

I am about to get get UPDATE to a place where I can at least finish MY MOM, CHAMPION! It's about a girl and her mom who is a boxer, and what happens when she gets another title shot. It's currently 1/2 way done.

HERMANDIBLE is now available HERE. Once MY MOM, THE CHAMPION is done, I plan to write another book that is unrelated to the VAMPOINDEXTER/BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE worlds. It might even be a love story. Then I will restart both those book series.

About HERMANDIBLE:

 

Nobody pays attention to Herman Gonzalez. His mouth always gets him in trouble. Then he gets stung by a bee and suddenly his mouth gives him special powers in the form of giant mandibles. Can Herman live with his new power? Or, will his mouth once again get him in trouble?

HERMANDIBLE is part of a 3 book series. The first 3 books will feature standalone stories (Vampoindexter and Anna Toucanna are the first two). HERMANDIBLE is the third one. Then, once the characters are established in those books, I'm going to start combining them into a bunch of new books. I've actually very roughly outlined 15 books in a series featuring these characters.

 

After that, I plan to write 1985-1986 which will be a novelization of this film I made. As this will be 12 books in one (like the release of THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE - 1984-1985), I might break it up with the Vampoindexter, Hermandible and Anna Toucana books. More on that later...
