Saddleback Publishing recently sent me copies of two shorter books I wrote for them.
One is called Include Me. It was written from the perspective of students with Special Needs. It tries to dispel some myths and shed insight into that important population of students.
The other is called iYou. It looks at how technology is changing and shaping our world. In my mind it was meant to be a very lite version of Bill Gates' The Road Ahead.

I was recently contracted by Saddleback Publishing to write a 5000 word book for a new line of titles they are doing.
As I set about writing out the outline for the agreed upon topic, they asked me if I could help them write another 5000 word book for which they only had an idea.
As a fan of Roger Corman (and RL Stine) and the old movie studios that used to just come to quickie filmmakers with posters and tell said filmmaker to make a movie based on that, I eagerly accepted the task.
Now, it's back to work on the original outline as well as an outline for another possible book in their Gravel Road series. This book will delve a little bit into the world of punk rock.

I literally just turned in the first draft of SENIOR YEAR to them. We recently spoke and it looks like I am going to write even more books for them.

I will post more of a description as soon as they give me one. Lets just say that it is about a young adult who makes a bad decision and this impacts the rest of his life.

Just turned another short book to the great folks at Saddleback Publishing! In addition to that, I am going to be doing a new book for their Gravel Road series. It is going to be a young adult fiction book about loss. I am tweaking the outline and then I will start writing it.
THE MOTHCATCHER AND HALLOWEEN COSTUME continues to get chipped away at. It is starting to find its way to being on a regular schedule which means it will be done sooner rather than later.
Lastly, my friend Kevin Lindenmuth and I are currently teaming up on a book! I will talk more about that when I am able.

Currently working on my projects with SADDLEBACK PRESS. So far everything is going really well. I just want to stay on top of things with them as much as possible. They are great to work with so that makes it easy.
ATTACK OF THE DRONE is almost done. It should be finished and available in hardcopy of ebook by the end of January from Amazon.
I have started THE MOTHCATCHER AND HALLOWEEN costume. It is going well. It is sort of shaping up to be kind of different than how I envisioned it. Truthfully, I don't know if this is good or bad but that is what makes the discovery process in writing so much fun, right?

Recently, I signed a contract with Saddleback Press to write 6 more books for them. These books are of a different variety and I will talk more about them as we move along. I have already started work on one of them. I am also hoping to write another book for Saddleback titled SENIORYEAROVER that is similar to SCREAMING QUIETLY in that it is for their Gravel Road series.
ATTACK OF THE DRONES, my next release for Ronni's Books, is one rewrite away from being done. Hopefully, by this time next month it will be ready to be published.
Next up after that for Ronni's Books is THE MOTHCATCHER AND HALLOWEEN COSTUME. This story is set on Halloween and it is about friendship, growing up and liking girls in middle school.
