VARSITY 170 is OUT!

Saddleback Publishing recently sent me copies of my newest release with them!

It is called VARSITY170. It deals with two best friends, starting the senior year they’ve all been waiting for, then something goes tragically wrong.

You can find out more about it here!

They did an incredible job with this book. I am so grateful that I have found a home with them.

The Dead Don't Die with Horror Guru Kevin Lindenmuth!

In 1995, I made my first micro-budget film, WALKING BETWEEN THE RAINDROPS. I started looking for distribution and was told to contact a person named Kevin Lindenmuth. He was making mostly horror movies then. So I sent him the film and he really liked it. Then in 1997 he remade it for substantially more money than I had made the original.

Kevin and I have stayed friends over the years. We continue to make films and we also started writing books. He contacted me towards the end of 2013 with an idea. He wanted to collaborate on a zombie story called THE DEAD DON’T DIE… but it had a twist. We wrote it over the course of 2014. It was recently picked up by Crossroads Press.

Skinhead Birdy!

SADDLEBACK PUBLISHING recently sent me the cover of one of my most recent submissions.

You can find out all about SKINHEAD BIRDY here.

I absolutely love this cover. SADDLEBACK PUBLISHING rules! The artist, Sarah Soffa, truly captured the main character as I imagined her.

I can’t wait for people to read this!

CLAN CASTLES is almost here!

I had meant to post this sooner!

Thank you kindly to Saddleback Publishing for sending me copies of CLAN CASTLES!

The best part is I am about to start work on the sequel.

Yes, that is right, Jake and Kyle go on even more adventures.

Also working on a new book for Saddleback's Gravel Road series.

Once again, I am honored that Saddleback Publishing puts so much faith me.

Here's to a great 2015!

ZOMBIES is OUT!

With Halloween just around the corner this post seemed fitting.

It appears that my most recent book from Saddleback Publishing is out.

Zombies is the tale of a boy who cries zombie one too many times and ends up paying the price!

Saddleback recently sent me some copies of the book. They did an EXCELLENT job as always with it.

Best,

Evan Jacobs
